FLIT (Future Leaders in Training)
FLIT is designed to give trainees a comprehensive understanding of retail management. Provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be future Leaders of our business.

Qualifications :

Fresh Magister graduates
Bachelor degree with 2 to 3 year’s working experience
Proven English proficiency
Strong leadership potential
A passion for retail
A creative mind, flexible, resilient attitude and an ability to think laterally
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Sensitivity to cultural issues
Willing to be trained in an intensive training
