Qualifications :
- Fresh Magister graduates
- Bachelor degree with 2 to 3 year’s working experience
- Proven English proficiency
- Strong leadership potential
- A passion for retail
- A creative mind, flexible, resilient attitude and an ability to think laterally
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Sensitivity to cultural issues
- Willing to be trained in an intensive training
