ILP was established in 1977 and is now a well known institution for English learning in Indonesia. The greatly achieved reputation and success has led ILP to be a “One-Stop Learning Institution” capable of fulfilling the public’s English learning needs for all levels and types. There is a large variety of programs available which covers English for children, young teenagers, adults and professionals.

- Possess a bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Excellent English with natural pronunciation.
- Creative, confident and dedicated to teaching.
- Passion and tolerance towards children and young teenagers.
- Lively personality and pleasant appearance.
- Experience of living in an English speaking country would be an advantage.
