Qualifications:

Understands relevant Indonesian SHE standards.

Have a minimum POP License for Superintendent, for Supervisor and officer POP Are preferable.

HR & GA SUPERVISOR (HRGA)
Qualifications:
Male, max 40 years.
Min. Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university.
Min. 2 years experiences at the same level.
Know well and understanding of HR & GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation,
Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & benefit.
Strong leadership, highly motivated, time management, good interpersonal and organizational skills.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
Qualifications:
Male, max 40 years
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
Minimum 2 Years site experience as Coal Quality Control.
Able to operating software Minescape.
Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium.
High Level of initiative and results oriented.
Willing to be located at Site.
MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (MC)
Qualifications:
Male, max 40 years.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
Experience at least 2 years in Mechanical (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (EC)
Qualifications:

PRINCIPLES DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
To increase market share and brand positioning in Indonesian market
To ensure the country sales and order budgets and target
To identify new business areas/segments formulation strategies including organization structure/resources to convert such business opportunities to the benefit of the organization
To provide local market needs and competitive market intelligence to Fuji Electric HQ
To find arid appoint new business partner(s) including distributors for channel sales
To lead, guide and motivate entire Sates/Administration and Technical staff.
To ensure effective and. timely submission of monthly report to the head-quarter1 etc.
Recruitment
High level of expertise in marketing and sates for electrical equipment and components for various industries such as standard IV drive system MV drive system electrical distribution/control system and automation system
Global knowledge of electrical industry and wide application knowledge
Expertise to manage channel sales through distributors
Strong organizational, time and client management skills
High level capability for efficient and innovative presentation assertive personality with good negotiating skills
Practical knowledge and skill for project management
Higher administrative knowledge for management layer
Self-starter, aware of operational processes, result-driven with great problem-solving skill and positive mind-set
A team player who is meticulous and also capable to work independently
Frequent traveling might be required
Qualification
Master in business administration or equivalent
Bachelor of engineering (preferred)
At least 12 to 15 year experience in electrical drive control distribution and control related products
Excellent communication capability in English
Capability in Japanese language could be an added advantage
Remuneration will commensurate with experience credentials
