- Business Analyst (BA) (
- High quality analysis including business process and system analysis.
- Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to any issues identified during their daily transaction.
- Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place.
- Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or service
- Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any projects arise
- Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division.
- Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Banking Operations
- Having good knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and System
- Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
- Good communication and people management as well as interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate high service attitude
- Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English
