Data Center Shift Supervisor (Jabodetabek, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Denpasar, Aceh, Makasar, Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in coordinating data center operators.
- Responsible for maintenance & executing data center infrastructure including operating system and related applications
- Responsible for supporting request management, patch management, capacity management, up time management, standard service level, troubleshooting and any issues related to data center day to day operation.
- Willing to work over shifts hours.
- Hold a bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System or related from reputable universities.
- Preferably Male, maximum 33 years old
- At least 5 years experience in related field in banking especially in leading a team.
- Knowledge of datacenter operating procedure
- Knowledge of IBM OS 400, Windows, Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of system application
- Active in English written and verbal.
